9/11 : "TESTS" and Humans

Indications that High-Tech "Testing" on Human beings, buildings, and/or planes, etc. might have taken place during 9/11 Barbaric, deadly events, are surprisingly full both in old and new data.

This spreads all over the entire spectrum of 9/11 : WTC strange, deadly implosions, Airplanes' curious "hijacking" and crash, Pentagon's wedge collapse, and even Anthrax, or manipulation of Media, etc.

At the same time, blatant Contempt for Human Life and dignity, appears to go together with an astonishing "Social Selection" of Victims : an abnormally high proportion of Simple people, added to only a few High-ranking groups easy to target for specific reasons, in Numbers far lesser than average in most locations.

If some cynical criminals had atrociously taken simple, innocent Human beings as "Samples" or "Specimens" for their "Experiments", or macabre "Tests", treating them in the same Cruel manner that some unscrupulous "researchers" do with Animals, it would not look differently...

The following Notes are only a Part of on-going investigations, which should be completed and updated ASAP.

But the amount of Factual Indications raising such grave questions, has already reached an astonishingly high degree of over-concentration, which amply justifies urgent Public Debate and Concern.

[At this moment (at the eve of US Elections) it must be clearly and honestly said, that, regardless of various political views, this does not necessarily mean that President G. Bush "knew" what might have been planned and executed in that regard : As a matter of principle, "AllTheTruth" simply does not take part in such kind of speculations led by others, and it never did, preferring to stick on facts and arguments about social events, not individuals, even politicians. On the contrary, G. Bush and White House seem to have even been partly exposed to undue risks during 9/11 (i.e. FAA's new Flight Control Direction's strange delay to order landing all aircraft, even after confirmed crashes, while another hijacked plane was heading to Washington ; GWB's movements and location had been made known to everybody even during and shortly after attacks, etc). At least a great part of what was really at stake in 9/11 could have been -and remain- hidden to the President and his close advisors. Moreover, 9/11's Real Stakes, could soon prove to be much more Higher than Oil/Gas routes' control in Central Asia, and even Citizens' Civic Rights and Freedoms.]

Briefly :

A) "Testing" Techniques : Surprising concentration of worrying indications on all 9/11 aspects (WTC, Pentagon, Planes, Anthrax, etc).

B) Victims' "Selection" : An abnormally high proportion of Simple people, and low numbers

A) "Testing" Techniques :

Surprising concentration of worrying indications on all 9/11 aspects (WTC, Pentagon, Airplanes, Anthrax, etc) :

(NB : Some points overlap in 2 or 3 aspects of 9/11 : They will be described only once, and simply mentioned afterwards).

* WTC :

Its strange and deadly, total but vertical Implosions (too similar to "controlled demolitions") "astonished most observers, including Engineers", admitted even Dr. Corley, Head of ASCE's technical assessment team, which published the 1st ever Report about WTC on 1 May 2002. "All The Truth" (and particularly "Maltes' friends") have raised and closely followed this spectacularly surprising issue, from the start (October 2001). Here are some more and new Notes, related only to the question of possible "High-Tech Testing" :

- "Simulations of Aircraft impacting into buildings", and "Key-elements of Attacks against WTC Towers by Aircraft", "involved much of the work" done by a "structural development Firm at New York", which "worked for the Defense Department (DoD)" since 1992, in order to "Design new Structures". In "many cases", it made relevant "Tests", i.e. on "Aircraft Engine Impact into Concrete" of buildings, which "helped for Model Techniques" : For example, in a "Test", they had "dropped a Military Plane's Fuselage", and used the "Data" obtained by the provoked crash, in order to "develop Computer Modeling". This was revealed by a professional who took part at NIST's Hearing of the Public on investigating the technical causes of WTC collapse, (NY, end of June 2002).

- Shortly afterwards, CIA admitted that, indeed, it is precisely "on the Morning of September 11th 2001", that it "was running a pre-Planned Simulation to explore Emergency response issues that would be created if a Plane were to strike a Building" !

This followed information leaked to the Press that ex- NY Mayor, Giuliani, would participate in a September 2002 Conference, together with a CIA expert James Fulton, head of a team who was running the simulation-exercise "that morning" (9/11) "in which a small corporate Jet Crashed into one Tower at CIA's headquarters Building after experiencing a mechanical failure". This location is close to Dulles Airport, from which took off the Plane that reportedly crashed at Pentagon...

Critical Observers, warned, however, that this late announcement by CIA might be an attempt to cover-up its responsibilities at NY, after revelations first made on the occasion of Giuliani/Fulton's participation to the same conference. (See also below, on Airplanes).

- Some Scientists had been working since 1993 bombing attempt to find out how to avoid a "Toppling - over" of a part of WTC and other High-rise Buildings, in case of attack, in order (as they said) to avoid collateral damage to neighborhood areas. And WTC's strange vertical implosions, surprisingly (considering also the exceptionally big volume of the 2 Towers) did not harm at all any neighboring building, concentrating all Debris only at WTC's base, as if it was a professional job done for city developers... At least one such scientist admitted this kind of preparatory research (on how to avoid "Toppling-over"), and the fact that he was present at NY almost immediately "after" WTC's implosions on 9/11, as it was revealed during the 1st ever Public Hearing on WTC collapse, held on March 2002 by US Congress' Committee on Science (see ATT special).

But the tragic problem is, that, if only a higher part of WTC Towers "toppled-over", leaving "Erect" the rest of the 110 floor-high buildings, then, many People's Lives (from those still inside WTC, mostly near to its Lodge, around Ground Floor), would have been saved !

This seemed to be the most natural and expected outcome for most observers (as ASCE's Engineers also noted). And, indeed, South Tower (the first to fall) apparently started, at first, to move only with a part of his Top "Leaning" towards falling Aside, from the height of the hits, while most of the building was still standing.

Suddenly, however, witnesses (photos and/or video) describe a Spectacular Explosion-like phenomenon : typically called the "Giant White Mushroom", which stroke Towers' head, destroying it all (a B/W clear photo shows even bits of materials ejected upwards towards the sky), closely followed by a similar destruction of all the structure. If something had hit WTC at the moment its top was going to topple-over, it would look alike...

Moreover, it seems that "New York seismometers recorded huge bursts of Energy, which caused unexplained Seismic "Spikes" at the beginning of each collapse" of the 2 towers.

The same scientist, admitted that he was working with a team from California on "TESTS on Buildings' Resistance to (various) Crashes", in order to "develop Models" and other "Systems" to be used for "Designing New Buildings". These "designs" are exploited by a quasi-autonomous Institute, aiming at obtaining both more Public Funding and career-enhancing responsibilities for its members, as well as "hard-cash" from Private Industry.

- It is precisely at 2001, that NIST scientists received a prestigious international prize for their research about "Lasers" made of Particles from Matter, considered to be much more Powerful than Lasers made of Photons from Light, (already used for Weapons, Industry, etc). But, a strange coincidence is that a Film reminded by observers had already staged a Scenario showing WTC attacked from Satellites, above, with a Laser-beam touching first its long Antenna, before destroying all the building. And real 9/11 Video footage, shows, indeed, that at WTC's North Tower, the strange, deadly implosion started, precisely, first by a curious "diving" of its huge Antenna downwards, swallowed deep inside the building, long before the overall structure started to collapse. Moreover, most witnesses described their surprise from that kind of "White Dust" like "Snow" into which all WTC suddenly "Disintegrated". Others spoke precisely of "Falling Particles", while Columbia NY Scientists registered Data reminding them a "Flow of lava" made of particles of materials. Surprisingly, but characteristically, various Ear-witnesses (who communicated by phones with parents or friends inside WTC) described, at the tragic moment, a strange "Hose-like sound".

Meanwhile, Electro-Magnetic Pulse, and/or various Particle-acceleration new weapons are widely discussed and expected to be soon "tested" by US Army against Iraq.

- Organizations linked to "Military Transports" used data from events similar to WTC and Pentagon Fires in order to develop "Defense Techniques" "understanding the response of Fluid Filled Tanks subjected to Bomb Blasts".

"Key-info" on early fires was taken from "similar" exercises, "used" in relation to the "Rupture of Fuel Tanks and Fuel dispersal", an expert told NIST"s Hearing on WTC collapse at NY (6/2002).

But, controversial "Fuel Tanks" were placed in dubious circumstances by NYC during Giuliani's times inside WTC 7, and possibly even WTC 1 or 2, where this could explain a great part of destruction caused by many "simultaneous", "secondary Fires", which appeared after and/or independently of Airplanes' hits.

(At Pentagon, a strange phenomenon of Fire spreading horizontally across an area more than 5 times larger and longer than the Plane's impact, might also be explained eventually by similar, controversial "Fuel Tanks").

- Robots able to capture and transmit images and sounds, as well as to move autonomously, etc. were "Tested" at WTC's Ground Zero Rescue operations by a team from Florida University, who has been on the spot (NY) at the right moment (9/11) ... Funded by DoD, Florida's micro-Robots penetrated inside WTC's Debris and underground, helping to locate a few survivors end transmitting rare information. Experts noted that similar micro-Robots might be also used inside Airplane's Cockpits, while a related Texas University team was testing an experiment due to lead, ultimately, into remotely driving an Airplane only through Optical signals send by a robot-glove.

- "DNA - Banks", at Research Centers (mainly N.Jersey, a.o.)offering also commercial or other paying services to various partners, took plenty of "Specimens", both from more than 3.000 "unidentified human remains" kept at a NYC facility, as well as many more Thousands of "DNA - Samples" from an unprecedented large number of Families, who were urged to give both their own, and any of their beloved ones' Genetic traces.

The official version is that this would have become necessary because of the exceptionally high number of "Missing" people, with either not identified remains, or identified only at a late stage, according to certain local authorities.

It is reminded that "DNA-taking" from individual persons is considered, Worldwide, as a highly Controversial issue, because of many Ethics and Liberties' problems. Some controversial projects search to impose it only to grave Criminals, or in some rare cases of Health risks, etc. So that, in fact, some "DNA - Banks" massively profited from 9/11 deadly events, in an exceptional way.

* Airplanes :

The biggest Mystery is to find out how an initially scheduled "traditional" hijacking (for which US and other Governments had been warned) was later changed into plans to "turn Airplanes into Missiles", apparently without even most alleged "hijackers" knowing anything about it, until last minute, according to White House, FBI, Pentagon, a.o. released info.

Speculations have been growing about various "remote control" possible techniques : Observers were, indeed, surprised by the "unusually High Speed" of "hijacked" Planes (from 460 up to 600 mph : "3 or 4 times faster that it should !", according to an Air-Flight Controller recently cited by NBC), as well as from a contradiction between sharp maneuvers revealing the hand of an "experienced","professional", pilot, the "good knowledge of the geographic area", needed for "piloting at Eye-sight" (without any help from flight controllers at the ground, nor pre-programmed automatic pilots), and the allegedly Low-level of flight capabilities for most alleged "hijackers", who never went further than a few "flight simulation" training machines. Recently (8/2002) Press reports (i.e."USA Today") revealed that some investigators were "not even sure that Hijackers were on board" !

(Note also, that not any DNA, or other identification of alleged "hijackers"' remains has been yet possible, while 2 obscure Memphis and N.Jersey affairs create serious doubts on whether some hadn't presented at the airport "Fake ID" documents, as driving licences, etc).

- A "Simulation" of Aircraft crash against a Tower, that CIA admitted it had scheduled for 9/11 (see above), took place only "4 miles from the runways of Washington Dulles International Airport" : There, where the Plane which later crushed at Pentagon had taken off 50 minutes earlier.

The head of CIA's team, expert James Fulton, presented the "exercise" in a 9/2002 Conference in which participated also ex-NY Mayor Guliani.     Fulton, "expert in Scenario Gaming", is "Chief of Strategic War Gaming Division" at CIA, and worked in various fields related with scenarios of "Remotely controlled" Airplanes : I.e. "member of U.S. Joint Forces Command's Project Alpha -"think tank" for Advanced concepts ", "Satellite Imagery program", "Space master plan for DoD", "Positioning, "smart GPS", and Audio/Video technology", "design of SafeSTAR Security Command Center", "Communications", etc. Note that "3 C" Technology (Communication-Command-Control) is considered to be at the foundations of all remotedly controlled systems.

- Earlier, during a June 2002 NIST Hearing on WTC collapse, an expert revealed that it has been almost 10 years that a "structural development Firm at NY" was "working for Defense Department" to "Test Aircraft's Impact into Concrete and Steel" buildings, in order to "develop Computer Modeling techniques".

- Beyond the classic possibility of "Double Radio Frequencies" permitting for an "instructor" to "Hook" and "take over Flight Control" of model Planes, many people have being speaking about "Electro-Magnetic Pulse" (EMP)- guided systems, in parallel with "re-programmed Software programs" in "Automatic Pilot Computer systems" at the cockpit, (etc).

- "Most modern aircraft have some form of auto-pilot that could be re-programmed to ignore commands from a hijacker and instead take direction from the ground," said Jeff Gosling,(Institute of Transportation Studies at University of California, Berkeley)... Auto-pilot, the system that maintains altitude, speed, and direction during flight, is fully capable of landing a plane without help from the pilot, said aviation engineering researcher Dale Oderman at Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana. "We are already capable of flying unmanned military spy planes, so it is not far off to think that a remote system could land a commercial passenger jet." This was published by "New Scientist" only 1 day after 9/11 (on 12/9/2001)! But little, or almost nothing more, was heard on this subject, since.

- During 1999 - 2001 various Scientific Research teams were completing programs with DoD, NASA, etc., about intelligent, "Autonomous" "Unmanned Flying Vehicles"' able to find their way towards a target,(i.e. at Texas' University, a.o.). Everybody has been speaking, since about "UAV"s (Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles), that USAF started to "Test" shortly after 9/11, during Afghanistan war.

- Research and tests unfolding during the current period include, among others, also a pioneer project about using simple "Light Signals" (i.e. send through a Robot-Glove) to guide an Airplane, without even touching, physically, at Cockpits' buttons ! (S. Texas University, a.o.)

- US FAA has been "Experimenting with Remote Landing of a commercial Jet" as early as since "the 1980's (!), and rumors say that a Boeing took off California and landed at Australia solely on remote control.

+ FAA's William J. Hughes "Technical Center" is located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, close to NY area where 9/11 tragic events took place. And so is another relevant Technical Center, concerning Satellites.

- On 2002, China launched a "remote controlled" fuselage and Spacecraft, manned with "Dummy" or "Virtual Humans" at the cockpit, for various "Tests". During late times, both in USA, in Europe and elsewhere, "Dummy Humans" and other Robots simulating Humans, are more and more frequently used for various "Tests" with "Simulated Accidents in Aviation".

* Pentagon :  "Renovation" work : "Equivalent of demolishing 3 buildings the size of Empire State building" !

- An astonishing fact is that the Plane which reportedly hit Pentagon, seems to have done everything it could in order to ... chose to strike only at 1 of its 5 wedges : Precisely that one which was the first to undergo a comprehensive and exceptional "Renovation", and, adding to the Mystery, was due to be completed and delivered to normal work only next day, at ..the 12 of September, 2001 !

The Plane, indeed, reportedly overflew Pentagon, turned towards that one among its 5 wings, lowered almost at ground level as if it wanded to land, and came directly towards "wedge 1". If it really was just a "suicide pilot", it seems strange why he should have taken all this time and all these risks to be shot, beforehand, by Pentagon's defense systems.

But the chosen wedge had, at that moment, an important particularity : It had just been "renovated", with new, untested yet materials, but was, yet, almost Empty of staff !

As a result, "only" 125 people were killed at Pentagon's crush, while a wedge usually contains some ... 5.000 people, during normal times. (See below).

Moreover, the rest of the building had been specially protected by a thick and strong, exceptional "Wall", separating it from wedge 1, where it was hit : Thus, Pentagon was sure that any eventual damage would not spread further than wedge 1.

- 9/11 crash provided a unique opportunity to "Test" a new kind of reinforced Windows, which had costed .. 10.000 $ apiece (!) in order to be Heat, Fire and Blast-resistant. For Pentagon's new special windows (which had just been put, only at the section hit and successfully "tested " on 9/11), "these studies have helped create a new generation of window that can stand up to tremendous force. The Corps has Tested more than 100 window designs. The renovated section of the Pentagon had just been fitted with blast resistant windows"... New windows cost $10,000 apiece."

- At the same occasion, were "tested" all other new Pentagon's assets, added during the renovation of wedge 1, such as Sprinklers, Walls, Columns, Fire-suppressing systems, etc).

A surprising finding was, f.ex., that inside offices equipped with functioning Sprinklers, even ...a Flower-pot was apparently saved from the Fire (according to Photos), while, there where Sprinklers were absent or not functioning, Fire burned almost everything. (A so great difference, underlines the gravity of the act or omission which resulted into disabling all Sprinkler systems at WTC : Many Human Lives would have been saved, otherwise).

A special US Army Corps of Engineers has been conducting various such "Tests" during the last years, making a large use of "Simulated Terrorist or other Bomb attacks", an official said (CBS a.o.)... It even "Designs its own Terrorist Bombings, in miniature with exacting scale models of reinforced concrete buildings.... The computer can test various kinds of bombs against different buildings.... computers recreates the blast wave that hit Khobar Towers.....Then they set off a bomb." "...done hundreds of these, in an effort to create new building materials."

Typically, the ambitious "Renovation" project at Pentagon, has been lately described as "the most complex operation in recent History", and ..."Equivalent of Demolishing 3 buildings the size of Empire State building" !!!

And Wedge 1 (hit on 9/11) was only a "First" stage in a process of renovation planned for many years, which had a particularly great Value in "Testing" :

- After various renovation conceptions had been tabled, making the task to chose more and more hard, Wedge 1 was supposed to become, for the following years, a Landmark "Test-bed" for all other wedges :

It was due to "Test" in real practice, for the First time, the efficiency of the choices of methods and design made, as well as to serve as "food for thought" for eventually new ideas, proposals, or amelioration to be pursued during all other 4 wedges' renovation. (S. ASCE Review 6/2001, and ACE/FEMA Pentagon Reports 2002)

=> In this exceptional context, 9/11 events appear, according to the way and timing they occurred, as if they exploited a unique (but macabre) opportunity to "Test" the credibility of Pentagon's renovation project... at the cost of Human lives.

- A strange phenomenon of Fire spreading horizontally across an area more than 5 times larger and longer than the Plane's impact at Pentagon, finally provoked a much more greater destruction than observer's expected from the initial hit.

(It is interesting to note that Final destruction was, surprisingly, much more extended that it would seem normal, both in WTC and at Pentagon : With the difference that, in WTC it extended vertically, while at Pentagon, horizontally).

But, during a NIST June 2002 Hearing at NY, it was revealed that Organizations linked to "Military Transports" had been using data from events similar to WTC and Pentagon Fires in order to develop "Defense Techniques" "understanding the response of Fluid Filled Tanks subjected to Bomb Blasts". "Key-info" on early fires was taken from "similar" exercises, "used" in relation to the "Rupture of Fuel Tanks and Fuel dispersal", an expert said.

Investigators found that, precisely, such controversial "Fuel Tanks" had been placed in dubious circumstances by NYC during Giuliani's era inside WTC, explaining a great part of destruction caused by many "simultaneous", "secondary Fires", (and mainly WTC 7 delayed collapse), which appeared after and/or independently of Airplanes' hits. Therefore, it cannot be excluded that similar "Fuel" deposits inside the rest of the destroyed Pentagon's wing, might have provoked fire's strange extension.

(Photographs show even small white "puffs" emerging across that extended line at Pentagon, may be similar to some "white puffs" that certain people observed at WTC's sides, even below Planes' impact - as an "AllTheTruth"s reader correctly pointed out).

* Anthrax :  "Testing" on Humans and ...on Media ?

Parallel to WTC, Pentagon's and Pennsylvania’s Plane crashes, USA and the World were greatly alarmed by an ongoing series of Anthrax attacks made through Letters mailed to the Post, full of dangerous spores :

- They were obviously "dosed" and aimed at provoking a kind of collective fear or psychos, and can certainly be considered also as an obvious attempt to "Test" its impact into Manipulating the Media and Public Opinion...

- But, here, the dangerous character of a "High-Tech Testing on Humans", clearly appears much more probable :

> It was finally known that the kind of anthrax spores used in Letter-attacks most probably came from the same kind as that used at a Military Base Research Center.

Some observers strongly suggest that the reason for which those responsible for the 2001 Anthrax killings have not been yet found and indicted in public, might be that US authorities fear that main suspects could release certain delicate "Secrets" over Biologic weapons' research, if they are cornered.

> Shortly before 9/11, on the 5th of September 2001, some US officials claimed that DoD-funded research on "Biological Weapons", would not violate UNO's standards, because it would have a, so-called "Defensive" character : - By "Simulating Attacks (of Bio-Warfare), we can develop responses", officials claimed.

> CIA would even have already "Simulated an Urban area Attack" with Biologic weapons made of Anthrax spores, against simple, innocent people, by spreading them at some Subway stations as early as 1969, denounced recently a mainstream European Newspaper.

> A series of "Simulated Attentats", by Chemicals, Nuclear radiation, and Bacteriologic arms, took place at the end of October 2002 in Europe, directed by an Italian engineer, but with the participation of many countries, for the First time.

> Only a few days ago, concerned Scientists denounced secret attempts inside US Pentagon and British Military to "develop a new generation of weapons that undermine and possibly violate international treaties on biological and chemical warfare".

These include "Anthrax, Cluster-bombs, and Gas or other non-lethal weapons for use against hostile Crowds", not far from the Gas used to face a terrorist hostage-taking at Moscow, resulting to many Deaths.

In particular, "Defense Intelligence Agency" is secretly conducting "research into the possibility of Genetically Engineering a new strain of antibiotic-resistant Anthrax".

While a parallel "program produced dried and weaponised Anthrax Spores, officially for testing US bio-defenses, but far more than necessary for such purposes" : "It is unclear whether they have been destroyed or simply stored", those Scientists protested.

> "AllTheTruth" found also that, since the end of 1999, a Military Navy Base research center, asked to obtain a Patent for developing a "Vaccine" against Anthrax, by Genetic Engineering. Curiously, however, it is during that same year : 1999, that a much more greater number of Deaths due to Anthrax, than in any other year, were observed in the U.S...

In the USA, the end-1999 Anthrax "Vaccine" was followed by the 2001 Anthrax attacks, which pushed, among other things, to augment Federal Funding, precisely on ... Anthrax's "Vaccines"' and other related Research, etc...

"Bacillus Subtilis", a close parent to "Bacillus Anthracis", was the 1st Bacterial Micro-Organism who had all his DNA Genes explored and known, as early as 1997, opening the door for future Genetic Engineering, also on Anthrax, in the following years. Today (2001-2002), various studies include the examination of Bacillus Subtilis and/or Anthrax' Mutation effects by X and/or other Rays, UV light, etc. in the Antarctic, or on board of a Spacecraft, ...

Meanwhile, various observers noted that an exceptionally high proportion of MicroBiologists had been recently Murdered, in a series of non-elucidated killings, not only inside USA, but also in Russia, the UK, etc. BlackList includes also R. Wiley, former Nobel prize for his research on HIV and Immune System. Wiley was found mysteriously killed in Memphis, after visiting a Children's Hospital specialized in research for rare diseases, including genetic. By another "coincidence", Memphis is also known to be the city where Katharine Smith, a state-employee, was found killed at what Police suspects was a murder, only 1 day before giving testimony in a case of "Faked ID"s, involving also a "WTC Plumber", who intervened at WTC's foundations the week before 9/11, to work on Coolers and Sprinklers/Fire suppression systems, which were all found Disabled at the moment of Planes' crash ...

NAZI "Doctors" had been notorious for conducting often atrocious "Tests" on Prisoners, long before genetics emerge, as famous, Nobel prize winner Swedish Film-director, I.Bergman, had pictured in a rare work called "Snake's Egg". 9/11 Barbaric drama, seems to risk extending far beyond..., unless something is done, before it becomes too late.

B) >>> Victims' "Selection" : An abnormally high proportion of Simple people, and low numbers

* WTC :

Large Majority is Atypical of WTC's usual average socio-professional profile : Most 9/11 victims were tragic, sometimes heroic, but simple people, posted to low-ranking jobs : I.e. Secretaries, Accountant clerks, simple administrators or trainees, Waiters, Cleaners, Guards, Policemen, Fire-Fighters, etc. Only 1 or 2 exceptions (as at "Aon" : Top deciders, including Director of Research, killed), which might hide particular stakes.

The exceptional Timing calculated for 9/11 strikes seems to explain most (but not all) of this strange fact : Hits came an Early Morning (8 to 9 am), starting the 1st week after Summer Holiday break : Thus, most High-ranking job holders, had not even reached their offices at that moment. As a witness clearly observed in a Published testimony : Those who had "climbed up the ladder" didn't arrive before .. 10 a.m.). Various rumors about "last minute" cancellations of some activities, and/or secret "early warnings", add more question marks.

More than two Thousand people who survived Planes' hits are scandalously "Trapped" inside a doomed WTC : Fire-Fighters are ordered to enter and stay inside, without even transmitting news on the collapse of a first tower, the imminence of danger for the second tower, nor a clear message to urgently get out of the buildings. But they find Water cut inside, and even Sprinklers disabled. WTC workers were said to go back to their offices, even after the 1st strike. But they found "closed doors" when, later, they tried to escape, as well as scandalously "locked" exits to the Top of flat-roofed skyscrapers, ideal for Helicopter rescue. On the contrary, any Helico rescue or help (both from the top or aside, etc) had been purposefully blocked by thick "wires", and even a astonishingly strict Interdiction of any Helico Flight by the new FAA's Flight Control Director (an ex-New Yorker, who had taken over the job precisely on 9/11) : Curiously, inoffensive Helicos were banned from US sky to the point that someone had to implore to get a "clearing" in order to save people wounded at a car crash, while, on the contrary, even known hijacked and other potentially dangerous Planes were left free to travel for too long a time, before accepting to land them all, after strong insistence also from the White House). It is as if everything was done in order to keep all Human victims slyly trapped and locked inside an atrocious, deadly "box"...

"Locked Doors", CIA's "Tests" on 9/11, and Giuliani !

By "a Bizarre Coincidence", according to government officials' wording, CIA admitted later that it was, precisely, conducting on September 11th 2001, a "Simulation" of Aircraft' Impact on Buildings, with "a Scenario to Test Employees' ability to respond to a disaster".

- "To Simulate the damage from the Plane, some Stairwells and exits were to be CLOSED off, Forcing Employees to find other ways to Evacuate the building", revealed an August 2002 AP dispatch (See also above). In other words, Human beings were to be "Tested" like Rats "closed" in a Laboratory's box !

One "test" of this kind was "scheduled" to take place at an "exercise" in the morning of 9/11, according to a "Scenario" in which, "a small corporate jet crashed into one Tower at CIA's HeadQuarters' building after experiencing a mechanical failure". "Adding to (what was called) "coincidence", the simulation started 50 minutes after one of the "hijacked" Airplanes took off at a nearby Airport (before reportedly crashing on Pentagon).

CIA's acknowledgement came after information leaked to the Press about a September 2002 Conference, in which participated ex-NY Mayor Giuliani, who had implanted NYC "Emergency" response Office at WTC 7.

* Pentagon :  - PENTAGON's fatal "List"...

- Astonishingly, here, a "Selection" of 9/11 Victims was, technically, too Easy :      All people obliged to work at the Pentagon's wedge which was hit at 9/11, (or, on the contrary, dispensed from having to go there), had been exceptionally moved at that place, chosen one by one, and sent to precise offices at precise floors, according to a "List" of re-allocation decided by a competent authority, since this was the only wedge (out of 5) to have been recently "restored".

- Another Striking fact, was the Exceptionally Small overall Number of people working at the edge which was hit : ASCE/FEMA a.o. official sources say that, usually there are some 5.000 people working at each of Pentagon's 5 edges. But, on 9/11, "only" 125 people were hit and killed : As few as some 3% (three per cent !) of the usual number of occupants, from which, more than 95% apparently were Out of office, even at that late hour (9.40 am).

Once again, it is the strange fact that 9/11 "hijackers" have .. "chosen", out of 5 Pentagon's edges, only a recently renovated wedge, which made all that possible :

- "The Pentagon is divided into five wedges. ...Wedge 1 had been under renovation and was scheduled for final completion on Wednesday, September 12 Th. , 2001." (!), says a FEMA May 2002 Report).

Place and Time were astonishingly chosen : If the Plane stroke any from the other 4 (out of 5) wedges, or only one (1) day later, we would mourn much more (and other kind of) victims...

- The result was, in fact, that, one again (or, may be, even more in Pentagon's case, compared to Airplanes, for instance), most of those killed were simple people : I.e. soldiers, guards, secretaries, a young trainee, a retired part-time administrator, a simple technician, etc. (At rare, abnormally few exceptions, which might be due to specific reasons or stakes).

* Airplanes : Half-Empty...

- Here, it seems, exceptionally that Middle-class passengers were not a negligible percentage of victims. But this was Unavoidable, at any case : Pizza-waiters, or cleaners (as in WTC), don't travel with Airplanes, from East to West Coast, each morning ... And, it all went without a notable number of Top-ranking jobs, however, at this Early hour : Take-off at 8 am (which means waking-up at about 6 am). At any case, the proportion of those killed inside the Airplanes, compared to WTC's victims, is obviously small, and less representative of the whole.

- The most characteristic aspect of Airplanes' victims appears to be, nevertheless, that they were sitting inside an almost Empty area : Planes' occupancy rate seems, indeed, to have been very Low on 9/11, at least in 3 out of the fatal 4 planes, leaving too many seats Empty. (Similar phenomenon as to WTC, Pentagon's wedge, etc).

* Anthrax : Addressed...

- Almost all real victims are simple people : Postal workers, a secretary, an old lady without family, etc. (The inclusion of a local Reporter can't change this overall impression, unless he was investigating something particularly nasty, but no such thing was yet made known). By using the particular method of Letter-sending, "targeting" of victims was too easy. (As for a letter allegedly sent to Senator Dashle's office, it was obvious that it will pass through a secretary).

=> On the overall :  Victims were mainly Simple people "chosen" by various Social criteria or even Individually,  and almost without anybody really Free of his/her moves : Only "trapped", "locked", abandoned or hindered to escape, "ordered", unwarned, deprived of vital information and/or told irresponsible lies, "hijacked", targeted by letters specially addressed to them and/or that they were obliged to handle, etc. Even .. obliged to be "re-allocated" at individual spots according to a fatal "List" (Pentagon's renovated edge).

If a strange, inhuman "Devil" wanted to abuse of some "Specimens" of Simple people for his atrocious, deadly "Tests", he would not have taken things otherwise...
