The Flag of the Holy Empire of All the Russias
 The Flag of All the Russias has three colours. White represents God, Blue represents the Tsar, and Red represents the common man. In this way it can be seen that God is above the Tsar and the people. It can also be seen that the Tsar is above the people as well. The golden, double headed eagle is the symbol of the Romanov family.
The Coat of Arms contains an image of St. George, the patron saint of Russia, who slew the dragon saving a young maidens life. |
