Here are 5 simple rules to play by before entering this drawing:

1. You MUST have High-resolution photographs for me to work with - sharp, crystal clear, etc. Detail is CRITICAL in my type of work.

2. Absolutely NO Glitz or Proofs - Natural only! Preferably Professional over Amateur but I'm easy to work with so don't be afraid to ask!

3. MUST have patience - please - I do not have the time "everyday" to work on portraits due to other everyday commitments (work, college, etc)

4. I do not draw "newborns". Ages approx. 1 and up are best but again, e-mail me with any concerns!

5. Close-ups/headshots are BEST to work with. No body shots! I'm all about "the face." It is recommended - but not mandatory - that you send me more than one photo - give me something to look over and decide on what's best for me to work with. Be versatile.

TIP: Send me your favorite photos and I can pick one and "surprise" you. I've done this method with pretty much all of the winners and they loved it! There is no limit on how many photos you'd like to send me. Sometimes, the more the merrier!

6. You MAY send photos with your request or you may wait. It's entirely up to you!

About 2-4 times a year I will be holding a drawing for a one FREE 8x10 hand-drawn portrait of your child! All the e-mails I get within a limited time frame will be placed into a hat and up to three names will be randomly chosen. If you do not get chosen, don't give up and keep trying! Eventually everyone will get a chance at this memorable keepsake!

ALL the entries starting from August 2009 are automatically eligible for the future drawings. No more having to re-enter for every drawing. I am ALWAYS open to "new" entries for each drawing!

I will be holding this every now and then! Mailing List will stay updated. Keep in mind that this is a time-consuming hobby and I need to have the time to draw.
