Craft Fayres will run throughout the year.
You must contact Lyn Soutar on 01288 355563 / 07725208024 or email lssoutar@homecall.co.uk. A minimum of 2 weeks before the event to book a table.
If you are interested in booking a table please fill out a members application form and mark the dates you wish to reserve a table/s.
Then send it with a cheque for the full amount of the booking at the lastest 1 month before the event (made payable to L S Soutar) - to Mrs L Soutar, Tinage-Tar, 5 The Rowans, Bude, Cornwall EX23 8PS.
A receipt will be sent to your confirming your booking. If for any reason you need to cancel a date, we will try to rebook your table and a refund will be issued (this maybe reduced if you qualified for the discounted amount), if however we cannot rebook your table no refund can be given.
Tea, coffee and food will be provided to exhibitors where possible at a reduced rate, but please remember the money raised goes to local charirties
All exhibitors must have public liability insurance. You may be asked to produce proof - this insurance can be obtained from many sources including

You need to inform us if you are using your own stand/s (they must fit 6' space)
All craft items offered for sale must be handmade by the exhibitor, home produced products and excellent quality goods
Any electrical equipment used by exhibitors must be PAT tested and certificated and labelled
Exhibitors must be set up and be ready to trade at the appropriate time
New stallholders are always welcome, although at the craft events only 3 tables of each craft are allowed, so get booked early to avoid disappointment. A Member’s List can be issued to any member who requires one. Traders and commercial products are welcome at some events, but will be limited to space.
We supply a 6x2’ table and one chair at each fair (unless otherwise indicated)
Price- £12.50 per table
2 or more tables at £10 per table, or booking and paying for at least 3 events £10 per table

Set up from 8.30am, we open to the public from 10:30-15:30. You will need to exit the hall by 16.30/4:30pm.
There is Parking at Holsworthy is in the Car Park next to the Hall with a parking charge (£2.50 at present) this is a large car park and can hold coaches.
