Allegan All -Sports Booster Club

Juston Jaco and Shelby Schulz have been selected as the student representatives to the Booster Club for the 2008-09 year.  Schulz, a senior, and Jaco, a junior, have been actively involved in athletics and various leadership positions.  As student reps they will be actively involved in Booster Club activities and decision-making providing input from a student-athlete perspective.  This is the third year the Booster Club has invited direct student involvement.

Schulz is a four year member of the volleyball team and will be participating in her fourth year of tennis this spring.  She is the vice president for the Class of 2009, secretary of the Allegan chapter of the National Honor Society and a member of Teen HEART.  With her background and the leadership roles she has assumed, she will have a great deal to offer the Booster Club.

Jaco has been a member of the Allegan cross country and track teams.  He also has been involved in many service activities in the school and community.  Among those is Teen HEART, Paw Prints Plus, Be the Difference Club, and Someone Believes in You Club, to name just a few.  He is also a junior class officer and a member of the National Honor Society.  Juston, too, will be a fine addition to the Booster Club Board.

We welcome both of these outstanding young people and look forward to working with them as they help the Booster Club continue to have a positive impact on our athletes and athletic programs.

Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 pm in the Tiger Den (the room at the end of the gym).  Check here for possible changes.

All those interested in Allegan athletics are encouraged to attend and give your input.  Only current Booster Club members may vote on proposals.
