My name is Alicia M. Loucks. I am currently in the second semester of Tenth Grade at North Addington Education Centre (NAEC), in Cloyne, Ontario.
I decided to create an online portfolio rather than a duotang filled with random papers, because an Internet portfolio is more organized, easy to work with, provides more access to many more people, and also does not produce waste (paper, etc.).
I feel more confident using the Internet to display my work. By using the Internet, I am able to create my own website (via a promoter-site) and will be able to display everything that goes into a Portfolio here. I feel my Portfolio will be more efficient if done as a website, because it will be more organized and have a set theme, rather than a continuous strand of papers. If anyone would like a hard copy of my resume, work, awards, or references, they will be available upon request.
