The small bumper swap if fairly simple all you need is

69-72 Front Bumper
69-73 Rear Bumper
69-72 Front Bumper Brackets 69-72 Rear Bumper brackets(you can get them at a mustang parts store, 68' will fit)
69-72 Front Stone guard(filler panel between bumper and grill)
69-72 Front Valence
69-73 Rear Valance(or you can use a 69' Mustang Valence)

In the front Sub frame you have to drill new holes, on the fender you can cut them like the factory did or you can cut the Stone guard like I did for a cleaner look.

I picked up this Holley 4160 R6919 off of e-bay for $15. Its designed as a bolt on replacement for 69-71 302 and 390.I rebuilt it using a Holley trick kit, its cheaper than the rebuild kit and it come with high flow needles and extra gaskets.This carb bolted on directly to my engine since a previous owner swapped in an Edelbrock performer 289 square flanged intake manifold.The only mod i had to do is get a choke cable and install it, i used a chrome 5' Napa one i got for $25.
