My mav came stock with a 100MPH black Speedometer, i like the older look with the silver insert and 110MPH Speedo(redline speedometer were also available). All mav parts are interchangeable so i got a cluster out of a Junk'd 71 grabber for $10 at my local pickapart. All i did was replaced the lens with the correct 75 one.I also replaced the bulbs with 5W ones which brighten up the panel a whole lot more, they also work in the turn signals.

When i got my mav a previous owner added these gauges but they didn't work anymore so i went to my local autozone and picked up a sunpro(oil/water/volt) tri-gague kit and a sunpro tach for $70. They went in great since the wiring was already there from the last ones.I did make some mistakes along the way like using the nylon oil pressure hose the kit came with,DONT ever use these they will burn up and make an oil mess, autozone sell a copper hose for this gauge for $10.Another mistake i made was not putting a fuse on the tach, so when i wired it wrong i fried it after the warranty ended, which cost me another $40 for a new Tach (this time i got a black one, they were out of white ones).

My Uncle Hector who was a previous owner of my mav owned a some cars he hot-rodded like a second gen nova and camaro he sold them but he still kept some parts which he gave me.

Like this great looking mahogany GT Grant steering wheel, to install it i bought the install kit from kragen(CSK) for $20, i didn't even need a puller to take out the worn out stock one. I later added a Mav door panel emblem i got out of a junk'd 77 4door.
