---The Death of Alice Blue has been invited by The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York to screen as part of CANADIAN FRONT: NEW FILMS showcase. The series is curated by Laurence Kardish, Senior Curator of the MoMAs Film Department. Last year's crop included films by Bruce MacDonald, Denys Arcand and Clement Virgo. Sarah Polley's film Away From Her opened the event the year before and went on to receive two academy award nominations.
