What is Training Wheels?

With constant demand on your time, a healthy fitness program can be difficult to undertake, and health club schedules may not meet yours. In the privacy of your own home, Training Wheels can step in to motivate and activate your fitness and/or weight loss program.

Training Wheels comes to YOU, providing quality resistance training and weight management with a certified, personal lifestyle coach. Training Wheels will assess your current physical condition, help you identify goals and create a specific program to guide you into permanent lifestyle changes.

New to Training Wheels is my home gym! Completed in Spring 2006, my gym is well-equipped with all the cardio and weight equipment you need for a great workout. Coming to me saves you money; but still offers the privacy and personal attention you would expect from Training Wheels.

FITNESS ALL-INCLUSIVE

Now there is a safe and effective way to lose weight and keep it off. Training Wheels offers the programs and 1-on-1 accountability that spells S-U-C-C-E-S-S! Lose two to three pounds a week and increase the lean body mass that will help you keep it off. Body Boot Camp is THE program that allows you to change poor eating and exercise habits PERMANENTLY!  There is a  discount for two! Bring a friend or partner and create more fun as well as a built-in support team!

With 12 years teaching experience in the Iyengar-style of Hatha Yoga and Pilates mat certification, Alexa can enhance your fitness program with the benefits of Yoga or Pilates. Instruction is taught so that anyone at any level can learn and grow; this is an opportunity few personal trainers bring to the table.
