“Alex” House

is situated on the beautiful villa zone “Belite Skali”(The White Rocks),in the Botanical Gardens of The Balchik Castle area, just 700 meters away from the sea coast.
You will enjoy the beautiful nature around, filled with fresh air and tranquility, and at the same time appropriate for hunting. The “Alex” House is also convenient for business events.
 A parking lot for 8 cars and a garage is available; the restaurant is for 50 people; we have also a supermarket and a hotel section.
 
The restaurant and the Grocer’s are situated on the first floor. On the second and on the third floor are the hotel rooms: double(2+1),triple(3+1) and family rooms.The base capacity is 22 beds with an option of 4 additional.
