Welcome to the official site for the Aledrina series. This website will be available for any reader who is interested about the books as well as what is soon to come of the World series. It will provide information- both obvious and even some bonus material about the World. Also, I will post some of my other work, some relating to the World, some of just random things I feel like posting. Wah?

The basic story of the Aledrina series is actually a combination of stories. They include the main character- Aledrina Usistree, as well as her friends such as the mischeveous Khak Merimate or the timid Jiana. The first book is set during a revolution against the current king Amberg and his new wife, Calina. Aledrina is their leader, trying to get passed the past and to set up the future for the people. She has to battle Amberg's armies, strange creatures from the Hells as well as her own battles of her heart. She is put through many tests of her courage and her strength. And just to think, she wasn't even aware of the War (or her mass amount of magic) until her lover saved her from a group of bandits!  The second book is set two years after the war and Aledrina and Gaho were chosen to become the new king and queen. With the officials in the Sea-Folk capital not willing to make a treaty with the human ambassadors Emi and Kita, the royal "family" decides to visit Coral Village, the capital of the strange Sea-Folk despite Aledrina being ill with an unknown disease. Enemies are made and allies are decided, it is full out war against Dominic and Calina who hide away in the former rogue village. Aledrina and six other girls are told that they are the new Keepers, the keepers of the seven gates to the Hells, as if being themselves was enough.

Daughter of an Archer

Ten years after the last book of the Aledrina series, a new protagonist arrives- Alandend Paeto, daughter of the famous Jiana Lafayen (now Jiana Paeto) and the Etalan Jerain. Reaching the age of ten, she is forced to attend the school of Nius where she is to live for the next 8 years being trained in the art of weaponry, archery, magic and writing. But having no interest in the classes, she escapes whenever she can to tend to her precious garden, the only place where she feels good about being herself. Her tune soon changes when there are mysterious happenings in the school- girls are injured with no reason, school teachers leaving and eventually the threat of the queen's son- Lune. Is there another war brewing or is it a jealous student? Only Alandend can find the cause.

Thorns

Set at the same time the first Aledrina book was started, Zopane or "Mistress Demon" is an Etalan with an attitude that even the Keeper wouldn't mess with. She works for Marie, a woman that is a vital key in finally creating a single government of the law-less Islands. She is forced to work with Volt Ryong, a mage who prefers to be called a scribe yet has the skills of a warrior. Not liking the feeling of the man, she puts as much space between them as possible yet has to become close to him when they are mistaken by a band of rogues as a soon-to-be couple. Both of them not wanting to be killed, Zopane swallows her pride for the sake of her mission- keep the rogues from attacking the WarriorMage's armies.

The Beginning

Before Aledrina, before Zopane, before the war of Amberg or the war of Demons and wa~y before Alandend, comes the story of Sabella, the red-hair, out-cast beauty. Cursed since she was born, her mother and brother were killed as the sea-folk people discovered that Sabella had fiery red hair- a curse from the myths of old telling of how the red-haired angel from the Almighty One would smite down the world with its angry wrath. Sabella, far from how she is "supposed" to act, only wants to prove that she was not some out-cast, but a sea-folk at heart- and she plans to prove this by using prince Delle, the next in line of the sea-folk kingdom.
