2. Reserve the piglets at the Moraleda Farms –
Bm and Doc Louie to set the motion to authorize Daet ASK volunteers Charilou and Ivy to withdraw the amount of P10,000 from the ASK account at Equitable Bank of Daet. This will be used as a deposit to guarantee 25 piglets for September 23rd dispersal. Agnes seconded the motion.
3. Finalize list of Recipients -
Poloy updated the group that Barangays 2 and 8 have been confirmed of the list of recipients, criteria have been met and contracts signed. The scanned contracts will be sent to BM and Alona. Barangay 4 has been verbally confirmed. Doc Louie pointed out that every verbal communication should be supported in writing. BM will relay the message to the Daet ASK volunteers.
4. Daet Piglet ASK Website update -
The website is up and running. Some information still waiting to be updated. Alona updated the information while we are in conference. Doc Louie volunteered to re-write the mission statement and send it out to the group for review.
5. Piglet solicitation letter -
Doc Louie have finished the draft of the letter and will send it out to the group for review.
