Alamo UFO Conference

Friday is check in day. Following Check In at the Motel of your choice, (RVers at the location of your choice) you will go to the Senior Center to check in for the Conference and maybe meet with our Speakers. Check in, and have a cup of Coffee or tea maybe even a soft drink and mingle a little. You won't spend a lot of time as you will want to get ready for the first Sky Watch which will take you to areas where we have had sightings recently. Return to your room at your leisure and rest up for a full day of fun filled Conference and activities the next day. Saturday morning after a light breakfast at the Deli, or a full breakfast at one of the restaurants you will want to enjoy the first day of Speakers.

 
After the last speaker of the day, enjoy a good meal at one of the restaurants and you will get ready for the second Sky Watch. This will be held in the valley close to Area 51 where hopefully you will have a sighting of your own!  You will arrive in the late afternoon where you can see the layout of the land, and areas of interest will be pointed out.               

At your leisure return to your Motel and you just may see a campfire with some of the Conferees roasting marshmallows and treating themselves to Smores!

A great environment to share ideas with like minds over a nice warming fire!

Sunday morning brings our Speakers again, and after the lunch break both Workshops begin.

All in all, a fun time is to be had, and we want your stay to be a memorable one!

Skywatch to be held at Hancock Summit next to Tikaboo Peak, overlooking the entrance to Area-51.

* Meet and Greet and Check-In held at the Senior Center on Friday evening from 4:00-8:00PM and again on Saturday morning at 8:00AM.

Seating is limited.

It will be warm during the daytime (see the Alamo Weather on the website) but everything is Air Conditioned. Nights for Skywatching will be incredible. There will be lots of RV spaces available -- both dry and with hookups.


The Senior Center will have a Swap meet in its vicinity. If you wish to have a space, contact the Senior Center.
