Welcome, I am Fred , this just a little information for the younger family members and friends, abut the Roney family. I am the youngest son of the oldest son of Clyde Ruffin Roney, and my Dad was William Chesley Roney 1908-1988 he was married to Mary Ada McPherson in 1934, and I have three older brothers. My Dad owned a trucking, moving & storage bussiness for many years and had sold Ice Cream, and salt which the local mills used in dyeing yarn and cloth. My Mom has remarried to Kermit Day in 1990s, and Kermit has one son and several GrandKids ,Mom and Kermit live near Graham, NC .
