"We work with our clients on a handshake basis." Charges for postage on overseas

submissions, photocopying, mss for submission, books purchased for subrights

submission, and bank charges, where applicable. "We deduct the cost from

payments received from publishers."

Tips:

"We do not ourselves provide legal, accounting, or public relations services for

our clients, although some of the advice we give falls somewhat into these

realms. In cases where it seems necessary we will recommend obtaining outside

advice or assistance in these areas from professionals who are not in any way

connected to the agency."
