Long ago, at the beginning of us, there were only two Gods. We do not know where they came from or how they were birthed, they were just there and no one went against that knowledge. If Gods had genders, they were each of separate sex: a female and a male. To start, we shall discuss Duyara. He was, as all Gods are, unformed with no shape, but he had many a face to don when he wished while his favorite that of an elegant stag or of a raging dragon. Maybe a red haired youth or green eyes man was he, and many more besides. But that is not the story. Herita was lovely, same as Duyara in her unnatural grace and love for beautiful forms. A sleek feline on day, a white furred hare another. All of snow white, we should add. The pristine color held her attention as nothing could. They were and still are lovers, as we have been told, but even with their close relationship, they were bored and lonely. They lived in a world of beauty and wonder, more wonderful than anything we have now, but they were alone in this world. There was no one to share the wonders with.
