1. No character can be married more than once. You wouldn't want someone else's spouse to be cheating, hm?
2. My quality certificates are not "grand" quality, so don't expect a masterpiece. I'm only human.
3. DO NOT hit the send button more than once. I'm sure that it will have sent if you only click ONCE.
4. PLEASE specify what anime/manga/video game the character is from. I do NOT want to be wondering, "Oh, is Hotaru-chan from .Hack//? Or Megaman? Or Spiderman? Or BLAH BLAH BLAH!" I really would appreciate if you supply the anime so I don't have to spend hours searching for the correct person. Thank you.
5. You cannot marry more than one person. I do not want emails asking, "Can I marry 5 more people?" and such. You can always adopt a character.
6. If you are assuring me that you have read these rules, in the comments section put, "Marrige is LOVE".
6.5. If you are adopting, slapping, kicking, hugging, attacking, whatever, a character, put that action in the phrase above. So, for example, if you are hugging a character, you would put, "Hugging is LOVE". Simple enough, neh?
7. Don't expect a certificate right away. I do have a personal life, thank you very much. And I may not be on at the time. So...don't send a million emails asking me when it will be done. Big headaches from stuff like that. >.<
8. No divorce from your spouse. You don't really want to test me with divorces. But, if it is an extreme case, such as: the character has just become evil, and the new person you love is the hero, then I could *probably* accept it. First, you would have to fill out some "divorce papers" and such. There will be a whole contract stating you have a divorce, and then you will be able to have another marriage!
9. If you are putting this certificate on your site, please link back to http://www.freewebs.com/akito_sama/! And save the images to your own host. Save bandwidth for the poor girl. :)
10. Reply to the email with the attached certificate, please. I would like to know that you have received your award, and I don't have to worry about re-sending the image.
11. I will not make certificates for websites such as MySpace, Xanga, LiveJournal, and blog types of websites. It has to be a true website, even hosted by a free host is alright. I could accept Quizilla, but it has to be up and linked to Akito-sama.
