Beyond the countless stars and endless vacuum, a crystal orbits around the dormant planet. Within the crystal is a living being who had slept for centuries, waiting and watching over the ever changing and evolving blue star. The peculiar creature descends to the world below, mimicing the form of the dominant species, human.

A flash of light fell from the sky like a shooting star. It fell somewhere behind the mountains creating  a large crater as it landed. The dust has calmed, revealing what seems to be a large glowing crystal with a small crack. Air seeps through the crack and the crystal shatters into bits. A figure is seen among the shards of crystals -- appears to be a youthful female human, with long dark-brown wavy hair, and slightly fair complexion. She awakens, opening her deep purple eyes. As she stood, all the shards gathered around her, forming into clothing suitable for the realm and time she is at. Although it was her first descent to this foreign land, she is oriented and aware of almost everything around her. With exemplary skills of evolution and mimicry, the only thing that makes her inferior is her lack of understanding, per se, common sense.

The setting is in ancient times, where both mortals and demons freely and peacefully roam. Only the light of the of the sun behind the eternal fullmoon (lunar eclipse) shed over the cold land. Atop the hill stood the castle of the "fallen beings", such were called to their kind who fell from the heavens-- they were neither Gods nor mortals. Their world is but another realm among many others, a sealed dimension for lost souls of different ages. A world that may as well be considered dead. For in this world there is neither good nor evil, hope nor despair. A land of nothingness called "The Shadow Realm"
