Curing wet sumping!
This message along with attachments was sent through the Egroup by David Baker - although this was also published in the Jampot (UK newsletter - club magazine).   Thanks David!   Rick Mann 13 July 2004

Hi Rick,
Thank you for the reply, if I had taken time to read the groups home page  I would have noted the attachment rule which is quite sensible. I am also a member of the pre war group having m/c's from both era's and originally sent the article to the pre war group for a V-Twin owner as the devise should suite both H/W singles and the AMC V-Twins. The author of the article is a retired Australian engineer who is an owners club member and has given permission for the article to be published for all enthusiasts. So if you think the modification is of Merritt please post wherever so think fit.
Fraternally Yours,
David Baker.
