Ashitreu no shinigami is a manga about a family of shinigami(death gods)whos mother is dieing,and in order for their world to not be destroyed she must be replced by a human female.So Benihime(the dieing mother)sends her son Doku to the human world to fetch the girl for her replacement.Id classify this manga as a Action/horror/romance/commedy story.
