Airdrie United FC are pleased to affiliate themselves with the Youth set up that exists within the community. These links assist in providing a structured development programme for boys from U8 to U16 where it is hoped they can progress and become part of the Youth Teams that exist at U17 & 19 at the club.
At the ages of U8-U12s the boys play in developmental leagues. From U 13s-U16s they play in competitive leagues with two of the squads last year winning their respective leagues. Many other successes have come there way and there continued development has seen their reputation as one of the strongest youth set ups grow & grow.
All our coaches are SYFA qualified and the aim of all the youth teams is to provide a high level of coaching at quality facilities to ensure boys have the best opportunity to develop their full potential.
Airdrie United are delighted to welcome the Cosmos as part of the team. The Cosmos have girls and ladies football teams competing at various levels within the SFA leagues.
Currently the Cosmos have a Ladies team and girls teams at Under 15s & U17s.
