Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, however a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance will be transfer to your account.
How much is the delivery charge?
A: $5
How will the delivery charges be charge if I have 2 delivery places to be delivered?
A: $5 will be charged for every delivery destination.
Can I get my orders send on another date, other than 13th and 14th Feb?
A: No, goods will only be delivered on 13th Feb and 14th Feb.
Can I make special order?
A: Yes. Special orders have to be placed 10 days before Valentines' Day.
Is there any additional charges if I were to change the delivery location?
A: If the request is made less than 24hrs from the delivery date, there will be an additional charges of $5.
What are the delivery areas?
A: Goods will only be delivered within Singapore Mainland.
