What's New

Update as of Jan 2009: Well lots has happened in my life since I last came here. I am in high school now in a special Ed class. Doing pretty good healthwise. I am dancing still in my mom's class along with my other friends, I also have started typing and communicating through a fancy little equipment that talks back whta I type. My mom discovered that through that specialised typing device I was functioning at a higher academic level. She is very excited about the therapy. I also am working with a private tutor at home.

My family is planning to go on a vacation to Cancun, Mexico in February. I am keeping my fingers crossed and will update after we get back.

Update as of July 2007: The dance showcase that my mom presented was a grandx success. It was attended by close to 500 people. We raised more than $3500 for the Propionic Acidemia Foundation. There was also a lot of press coverage. For details, articles and photos from the show, please visit my mom's website

Update as of May 2007: My mom is putting together an Indian-Dance Showcase on May 12th with all her students from the dance school. It is a fund raiser for Propionic acidemia foundation. It is going to be attended by 500 people. I am really looking forward to it.

Update as of March 2007: I am turning 13 this year. I am doing well and I am looking forward to my life a as a teenager. I have graduated from my elementary school and moved on to middle school. I am eating a  lot more by mouth which my mom thinks is a big achievement. I still continue swimming and attending other activities such as floor gym. I am also getting better at typing and using the computer. My favorite internet location is Youtube. I have been attending SCORE for extra academic help and I really love it since all instruction is computer based. I am getting used to my new school and the new teacher.
