Agent Rowyn
Ye would call Agent Rowyn the old one. Actually, she’s only a few years older than Agent Lothy, but Lothy never fails to find a chance to rub it in about the rheumatism pills she tries to disguise as Tic-Tacs.
Agent Rowyn is rather studious, but she has a wry scintillating wit that never lets up. She is capable of putting the Vulcan-faced Agent Lothy into hysterics, which is something not easily done. She is a incredible author, and portrays Éomer perfectly, which is another of the reasons she and Agent Lothy are partners.
Her hobbies include writing with Agents Lothy and Tigerlily, as well on her own. Also turning herself into a French Pea and bouncing around in a costume. (Don’t ask.) She likes dried fruit and Vanilla Coke. Agent Lothy thinks Vanilla Coke is too smooth, which has led to several rather interesting arguments.
Actually, Agent Rowyn is awesome. If you’re on her good side, there’s no better friend. If you mess with Faramir in any way, be prepared to die slowly and painfully in the very near future.

Agent Lothy
Agent Lothy is definitely the more vivacious of the partners; her youthful exuberance both amuses Rowyn and keeps her on her toes. She does have a tendency to exaggerate a bit (see above mention of the Tic-Tacs). She also has a wonderful sense of humor, which helps keep Rowyn in a good mood and often comes out in her various writings. She is a very talented writer, and is often found collaborating with Agents Jeanlily and Rowyn, among others, when she’s not writing on her own. She also enjoys reading of all sorts, particularly LOTR and the Tamora Pierce books. Another hobby of hers is randomly spouting off phrases in languages other than English, including French and Gaelic. She can sometimes have strange tastes in food (she likes Mountain Dew mixed with mint chocolate chip ice cream!), but overall, she’s a wonderful person to know. Unless you make Éomer look bad; if that happens, you won’t live to tell about it.

Lothy and Rowyn work beautifully as a team. Rowyn's grimness counteracts Lothy's lightness, and Lothy's cool head keeps Rowyn in check.
They share a hatred of bad grammar, spelling, and word usage, and a love of Shakespeare.
As you can see to the right (Picture drawn ever so kindly by Foolish- I love you, Façade!), Lothy and Rowyn are the best of friends, which is imperative in a PPC partnership.
The costumes are actually the all-purpose noblewomen gowns. They serve for Narnian, Tortallan, Gondorian, and Elven disguises.
The ring that Lothy's wearing is Éomer's ring, a souviener from "Flower of Rohan"; Rowyn's brooch is Gondorian.

Love at First Sight- in which Jack becomes a love-sick idiot, Lothy tries to prove that Vanilla Coke is too smooth, and Rowyn finds another reason that the French are useful besides the inventions of parley and mayonnaise.
Flower of Rohan- in which something's rotten in the state of Rohan, and the agents have a few close encounters of the (semi)canon kind.
