Bolivia

A film that describes the reality in the prisons in Bolivia, focusing in children and  young people, from among 16 to 21 years of age, that live together in degradating conditions next to adult persons under arrest.  The project itself pays attention to the need of creation of specific prison politics for people under arrest that have not yet completed full adult age. HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION

·        asserts the responsibility to respect, protect, and promote the rights of all people

·      promotes democratic principles

·      encourages the communication skills and informed critical thinking essential to a democracy

·      engages the heart as well as the mind

affirms the interdependence of the human family.

African-rapport together with its networks believe that protection of human rights begins with the understanding of human rights. Amnesty International USA works through its Educators' Network to promote human rights education at every level of society. African-rapport educates by supplying educational materials and information  to groups in West Africa,Americas,Europe and members of the African  LGBT community on line.
