I have been making afghans for both Afghans for Soldiers and Afghans for Snuggles for over a year, but have had difficulty getting registered.  Attached is an afghan for kids with my little rescue pet, Max who is 4 lbs.  I recently retired and have sent 35-36 Afghans during the past year.  It is such a rewarding hobby, and I'm so happy to have found wonderful friends at  this site.
