Afghans for Angels of Virginia is a non-profit charity organization working for the mission and purpose of providing afghans for bereaved families throughout Virginia. We are a group of volunteers brought together through membership as each individual is called by God to be a valuable part of this non-profit charity ministry.
We volunteer to use our God-given talents of crocheting, knitting and sewing to make handmade afghans and blankets to deliver to hospitals throughout Virginia. These afghans and blankets are used in the event of infant loss through miscarriage, stillbirth or other forms of infant death.
We value creativity and excellence as we work to create beautiful keepsakes for these families to cherish for a lifetime.
