This is a large scale scratchbuilt model displayed at the Museum of Aeronautic Sciences of Narita - Japan. 

Built for the purpose, the aircraft established a distance record in 1938. That was the time when every major nation would build their own distance record aircraft (Fairey Long Range; Dewoitine 33; Tupolev ANT-25; etc...), all presenting similar high aspect ratio wing design.
