Despite a great collection of vintage aircraft and famous airshows, Duxford is a rather sorry place for models. Here is all I could see, which is displayed at the USAF Hangar except for the large scale Airspeed AS.57 Ambassador.
The WACO CG-4A, P-38 and B-26 are in 1/16th scale. The B-26 is built by James P.Franks of Rock Falls, Illinois. It took over 5000 hours and every part except tyres is hand-made. It is on loan to the Imperial War Museum from the B-26 Marauder Historical Society.
The US Navy aircraft are in 1/48th scale.
