Did you know that we have over 600 abandoned Cemeteries in Herkimer County alone, with graves from the Revolutionary War until now? We should never allow our Ancestors to lie in forgotten ground. The
land designated as their last resting place needs every patriotic
American's support. Reach out and correct this terrible dishonor by
becoming involved in Adopt-A-Cemetery. Have your community-minded organizations contact us or contact us
yourself. We would like theirs and your individual support by. Adopting a Cemetery Inviting us to come and speak Sponsoring a fund raiser or annual fund-raisers Getting others involved Ask your politicians to support the Adopt-a-Cemetery Bill Set up annual workdays at a Cemetery Donating money (money will stay in the county of your choice)
