Our ADHD online support group is dedicated to the promotion of ADHD information in a supportive, accepting and non-judgemental environment.  Whatever your personal choices for treating ADHD in yourself or in your children you will find respect and acceptance here.  Through the celebration of our diversity as families and as individuals we believe that we can help ourselves and others find ways to manage the varied and confusing aspects of ADHD in the 21st Century.

  • Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dyslexia, Sensory Integration Disorder, Visual Motor Perception Disorder, Auditory Processing Disorder, and many, many more
• Effective techniques for teaching students with ADHD and co-morbid conditions
• Navigating the Educational Maze -- accomodations, assistive devices, etc.
• Negotiating fair and effective IEPs and 504 plans with schools
• Sharing experiences with medications for ADHD and/or co-morbid conditions
• Sharing experiences and exploring the vast world of alternative and complementary treatments for ADHD and/or co-morbid conditions
• Supporting one another in our day-to-day trials and triumphs of living with ADHD in ourselves and in our families
