Foreplay - for guys

            If you are a guy, Foreplay is one of the most important things you need to understand before interacting sexually with any female.  Guys, you must understand that girls are not aroused as easily as we are.  In fact, girls don’t even think about sexin’ you up immediately upon meeting you as we do in the contrary.  Girls don’t just get off like do either, they have intense orgasms that we will never understand.  However, they are always much harder to get off than we are.  Surveys even show that only about 50% of women experience orgasms in their lifetime and 20% of them only THINK they are having an orgasm, but they really aren’t (estimation).  This makes us guys look bad, so I’m going to teach you how to prop this statistic up.

            Foreplay is clutch to delivering an orgasm to any girl.  After reading this, it’s necessary to also become masters of cunninlingus and intercourse, but foreplay is the foundation of it all.  To start this off, think about a female’s genitalia.  First of all, they have more nerve endings than we do, but see the clit?  It’s tucked in there and won’t show it’s face until she’s fully aroused and ready to go.  I would suggest following these steps.

Before you start anything, set a couple of things out: strawberries (or another diced sexy fruit), hot chocolate sauce, whipped cream, ice cubes (in a cup in the freezer), a feather, a blindfold, fill a sink with very hot water and float in it a bottle of massage oil, a hot wet washcloth, and a printout of this article (haha just kidding).

1)      SET THE MOOD. Approx. duration: 10 minutes.  This step is vital, especially if your partner is uncomfortable with her body or with sex altogether.  Dim the lights, light some candles (scented with jasmine or lavender preferably), put on some romantic music, and make for a comfortable laying area. 

2)      MOVE SLOW. Approx. duration: 20 minutes.  Don’t just rip the girl’s clothes off, that’s not romantic at all.  Ripping her clothes off would be necessary other occasions, in this case, hold up on that, use it when you are definitely both horney as hell and you can’t wait through this slow stuff.  Kiss her passionately for a little, then start undressing her.  If she’s uncomfortable with her body, be careful and let her know what you are going to do before you do it, you don’t want to scare her.  Be very slow.  The slower you move, the more she’s going to want you.  Smooth guys get the attention of the ladies, just remember that.  It shows that you have experience (even if you don’t).  Lay her down eventually and continue to kiss her.  Talk dirty in her ears, women are more aroused by audio and literary forms of arousal than visual so give her ears a show.  This is where the fun beings.

3)      PUT THE MOVES ON.  Approx. duration: 1 hour.  At this point, she very well may be begging for you do reach the finale, but the longer you wait, the more aroused she’ll be when you start the sex part, and the less work there will be for you later.  Put the blindfold on her.  Most women like to be taken control of for part of the night.   Force her to keep her hands off of you, yet another method of torture.  Start with the food or the ice cubes.  I like to use the food first, then the ice cubes because the ice cubes clean her now sticky body off better, then you can use the washcloth to clean her the rest of the way.  Remember she is blindfolded throughout this whole step, so take your time and surprise her.  For example, place diced strawberries ALL over her body (avoid directly on her vagina though, sugar down there is no good).  Continue by eating a strawberry off ever couple seconds from different locations, she’ll love it.  Make trails of whipped cream and do the same thing.  Go dangerously close to her genitalia then back off, this is just another form of torture to prepare her for what is to come.  Use the chocolate however you want, squirt it onto her body and rub it all over if you want, then lick her clean.  The stuff has a hundred uses, be creative.  Wash her clean after you’re done with all the food by rubbing ice cubes over her body as I mentioned before then finished the task with the hot wash clothe.  Be a little soothing at this point.  Kiss her gently and rub your hands all over her body until she’s dry.  Lay your naked chest onto hers to warm her up.  Take off the blindfold and roll her over.  Use the hot massage oil to give her a full body massage.  This includes neck, shoulders, arms, legs, torso, breasts, feet, and everything else.  Again, avoid her vagina, your partner may be allergic to perfumes in the oil.  If you want to massage her vagina, use a lubricant instead (although I would want until later to go down there).  Focus on her erogenous zones: neck, wrists, hands, undersides of breasts, nipples, butt, inner thighs, feet, and ankles.  After massaging her thoroughly for at least 15 minutes, you’re ready to move on to the feather.  Take the feather and tickle her everywhere.  Move that feather in trails across every inch of her body, she will be going nuts!!  I suggest even tickling her labia majora (the larger, outer set of lips of the vagina).  When you are done with the feather, you are approaching the home stretch.  At this point, you should be talking dirty again.  Tell her what you are going to do to her.  Moaning in her ears and panting gets her mind wandering to the next step.  Suck on her nipples, blow lightly on her vagina (don’t blow air directly inside though), tongue her entire body, nibble on her ears, pull her hair, run your nails down her body, do anything you can to turn her on just a little bit further (use these moves to her discretion obviously, if she responds negatively stop immediately otherwise it will work against you!) After thoroughly torturing her with all of these devices, it’s time for your finale!

I’m leaving you off here.  I hope you learned something.  Always remember also that by asking her what she likes, you are increasing your chances of getting her off more than anything.  The bottom line is, girls need a lot more attention to get aroused than us guys do.  By letting them know that you love their bodies and by taking your time in touching them in every way possible, you can prepare your woman for an incredible orgasm.  

**I’ve only failed in getting my girlfriend off four times out of TONS with methods such as this, so take that into consideration.  Don’t do the same moves every time, unpredictability works for you.
