Being A Smoker.

I used to smoke 25-30 cigarettes a day for 30 years, spending most of that time wanting to stop, though not knowing how to. It not only cost me a small fortune & affected my health, it warped my thinking into consistently coming up with what I thought were rational justifications for continuing to smoke. Even though I didn't enjoy most of those cigarettes, I had no idea how to succeed at becoming a non-smoker. I thought I was weak willed or perhaps had an 'addictive personality'. It seemed an impossible challenge which I would perhaps achieve 'sometime in the future'. These thoughts kept me smoking for most of my life.

 

Being A Non-Smoker.

Even now it's sometimes hard for me to believe that I found a way to succeed in enjoying life as a non-smoker. I not only succeeded but also have the peace of mind in knowing that I have the knowledge & tools to continue enjoying my life as a non-smoker & to stay stopped!
