Sorry to disappoint those who actually visited this site but it's time to close it. Although I would like to, I really thought I would be able to update... but I gots a life to live. I'll leave it up for those who want to read the content until webs decides to cancel the account but I won't be here to update it or if you want keep the site alive then give your info to Siani over at the topsite since I gave all my account to her. >:P
To StoneRoy, I'm not taking back what I said. I waited for the movie. I didn't say it'll be the best thing ever nor did I say it was going to suck. Although there should have been a lot more TLC for TLA, it wasn't completely bad. There were parts I did like and some I didn't. I'm not going to go back and forth because you're one of the ones that think like me. lol As for your essay rant I saw on your one post blog, I only read the first few sentences and I stopped. I decided that your rant wasn't worth reading and I came to the conclusion that it was a waste of space on the internet. (and yes I can do that) >:P
Anyway, thanks to the staff that added their input at the time this site was really active. I think my purpose wasn't completely reached but I'm glad I got to leak a little ATLA content and even have an anti-dazed website created. Not too often you get that. It was fun, but lets move on people. Deuces! >:)

Dang! Where does these days go? Seems like I missed a lot. But hey, we all learn something new everyday right? Anyway, I'm sure you know the latest stuff so I'll just do my little reviews. Here we go! >:)
Official site stuff - eh.. the layout of the site is a bit cheesy and the lack of content doesn't do much if you already saw it but the little video clips that are currently up (like Aang waterbending) when you go through the 'explore the four nations' is pretty cool. It would be better if they just finish the site already! Geez... *sigh* Pics, I saw. Video, I saw too. Games, blah...but why is the game on candymania just as boring as the one on facebook? I got bored of that mission-task type game after level 3 on facebook. The other game was confusing and only after I got the hang of it, I gave up. Based on the site it looks like there will be more games so we'll see. The only thing I like about the games is the fact that there are so many images from the movie... which is exciting.
About the contests - blah... they're for kids. I would get excited for an official Aang staff! lol I'm done with that section. >:/
Hot Topic Clothing - I like the necklaces but the other stuff... I wish there was better selection. A slap bracelet? What are we... 5? I use to get a slap bracelet in a birthday candy bag you get after killing a pinata! *puts Aang Glider Necklace on wishlist*
Now to the good stuff. I saw that there will be another show but no details. I figured that much since we've been hearing about this 'Untitled Avatar Project' going around. Come on Dungbu Fang! lol I would have thought it was something more exciting or at least more details about the new show (like a date and title of the show, possible characters, etc.). I could have confirmed that there is going to be another show for you! Dongbu Feng, I'm losing my confidence! I wasn't thrilled to see basically old news. Moving on... OMG I SAW MOMO and APPA!! haha.. I saw him the other day on tv! Look!!
Great aren't they? lol Yeah... I know. I just think that I would a little scare of momo at first glace (unless it was zaboo lol) and appa is ok. It's too bad that I'm not a pet person. If I was then they would be my bestest best animal friends. >:)
Anyway, just for a slight change of heart (for you ATLA/TLA fans) get ready for the NYC Premier of TLA!! I saw stuff on Youtube and even on a few websites like here and here promoting a free trip to see the movie before everyone else. I knew about the first link for a while and the second one just recently popped up but decided just to post them now. Enter soon!! I'll be a bit busy so I won't waste my time signing up and then most likely confirming my email and then waiting for these contest holders to pick a winner. There's too much research to do on Korra! >:P
Now that I got at least 47% of the infomation out of the way, I'm deciding to stop and take a nap. I could go on about this, this, and that (and a zillion other things), but my brain would explode. Thanks for the comments. I like comments, good or bad....and StonedRoy follow the rules... it's not my fault you got all worked up for something you consider a "children's movie/series". Maybe you'll find this more interesting. >:P

The ATLA community is getting more exciting!! 5/26/10
It feels so good to hear another person not going to see the movie. It's almost like finding a dollar on the ground. The dollar you need to buy a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. lol I'm also thrilled to see that some people actually understands everything about this topic that the crazy people don't. The best reply comment award goes to Cali Quinn and Luke on ComicAlliance.com. I would post their comments but it's long so you can view it at their profiles. Click the name for each: Cali Quinn and Luke/Cool8man. I can also point out others but I really can relate most of they said. >:)
Now that I'm thinking about it... would this lead TLA to be only known as a 'whitewashing' movie more than based on the show? Just thinking about it makes me a little upset. Since yesterday I've been more articles about this subject than what the movie is going to be about. I hope you all know how much this affects the show too. Another few questions come to mind as well. Is TLA only about it's actors/actresses? How many people claimed they were going to see it before all of this mess blew up? Who knew what whitewashing was beforehand? >:|
Seems like this can go on forever so I'll step back and just wait for the movie to come out. I think most should do the same. All I'm saying is that we're focus more on one factor. For me personally, I want to see it because I'm a fan of the series, the special effects they're using (which will be awesome), and so I can compare what was shown in the movie and what was done in the show. I'm glad that ATLA can still live on a little more longer. I'm not too concerned about how it'll lose/gain money or who's who and like I said before this all seems like a crutch... BUT anyway, I'm done for now.. this stuff has got to calm down. I may post something later (cause there's a facebook TLA game) but its a bore after a while to read replies of people that like to repeat themselves. >:(

Geez, it's been that long? *wipes dust off of site* I know lots of stuffs have been happening (not in the Avatar world, ha) but now that there's The Last Airbender, oh and let's not forget, Racebending I really wanted to come back and put in my little 54 cents. So let's start...

Moving on, ever since the movie started to get quite popular, so did racebending. Now what is this racebending you speak of, Norie? Uh well my visitor, racebending or race bending, isn't a word that exist in the dictionary but it is a group of haters against the movie. This group has a website called Racebending.com and I decided to read up on what everyone is talking about. I can't say too much because I only stayed on the site for like 9 minutes. It's really sad to see that people want to use the movie as a crutch for their own benefit. I'm part of the people of color and I realize that we can't all win sometimes. The movie is still going to come out July 2nd, like it or not, and if we really like (or better yet love) the show then we shouldn't have to worry so much about who, what, when, where, and just focus on community ATLA spirit!! LOL. But really it's not that serious... just entertainment folks..."based on the show"
So, how far do you think racebending will go? Break into each theater and steal the TLA film? HA! Oh but I also saw another side of Racebending. They gear racebending toward the movie when add an extra later of hate by stating they will boycott other productions that discriminate but...wait... what's that ugly $20 shirt they're trying to sale? Aang (I think that's him) looks like clumps of poop. What I'm trying to say is I think the group of 14 racebenders will end up seeing the movie at the end. Who could resist if you have been a huge fan of the show from the beginning? I know I couldn't, especially since they started showing the commericals on tv. >:)
Anyway, just to clear one thing up. I'm not on one side when it comes to the racebending thing but out of the zillion movies that exist and will exist in the future, why pick on TLA? Maybe like the number of licks on a tootsie pop, the world may never know. >:P

What's with the essays? This ain't school!!5/21/08
First off, I gotta say that these essays I'm reading are mostly from Zutarians. *sigh* It sucks that it has come to this. Anyway, I read the book and I don't see why they should be complaining. I mean at the end they get a nice little poster with Katara, Ozai, Zuko (in that order) in the upper part and a big Aang right in the middle. One big happy family. >:D
Even though the book is kinda chessy, there's some parts that actually would make sense for the final episodes. Whether the book is right or not, I believe that some of that stuff could happen but it's not 100% until I see it. *spoiler alert* The chapters are mostly in first person but I don't see Zuko being so cheerful in his thoughts. Him thinking 'Woohoo' for a group hug is not Zuko at all. Now I would love to see the lion-turtle scene in the book as an episode, Aang thought he was on an island but it was really a large lion-turtle (leo) that moved when he was sleep. Ah then getting advice from the past avatars is pretty awesome. Now Azula... wow... she was always confused and finally we get to see her crack. Banishing people from the fire nation and looking a big mess seems like the only thing she can do in the finale. lol Sucks for whoever has the username Azulalover69. lol ...and Katara kissing Aang? HA! I'm no Zutara fan nor Kataang fan but that's pretty funny to end the whole story like that. Oh and no one notice that Jun's name is June in the book? >:P
With all this Sozin Comet book drama, I believe that it's all up to Nick, Bryan, and Mike on what to do. They hold the power in all of this and we all know why. Whatever happens, happens. Suck it up and deal with it. Although they are slow with the whole episodes coming out process, they better repay us with some quality work, right? They'll make it a you-gotta-see-this-or-die event anyway. They'll hype it up for all the people with dial-up connections or those that aren't internet savvy. Personally, those who actually want to explain their little rants and negative feedback on the book, have no clue how dumb they look. Where's the positive in all of this? All I'm seeing is the negative.... at least we finally get something avatar...sheesh. lol Everyone wins, Nick gets book money and we get to go crazy over it. >:D
Anyway, I won't be doing R&R for those who wanted it. I decided that I won't do it today but if you feel like you have a site in mind, then *points to the cbox* speak ya mind right there. I don't see any worthy sites because everything didn't seem to change. I'm sure that Pon knows this. lol

...I'm stunned. And not in a good way.
Frankly, smooth move, Nick. I honestly smelled something like this epically proportioned spoiler. Leave it to some idiots behind the corporation to allow such a major leakage. Congratulations, lamers, you just ruined Avatar. :P
Seriously, who does that? As for Bryan and Mike, why would you do such a thing? In a sense, you've failed to keep us entertained. And whether this is legit, and I mean legit, what kind of thrill was that? I had more fun looking at unofficial Avatar crack. XP The ending was so terribly abrupt and just... just... stupid, no offense to the seat wetting Kataagers out there.
And to bring something ELSE up, in the back of the book, there's a Q and A with Bryan and Mike. Guess what? I've seen plenty of these responses before; in fact, a majority of them are word for word. Hmm...
