We train on a Friday Evening at 5pm to 8pm. Active 8 Allstars are split into 3 squads:

- Prep and Pee Wees (6 to 10 yr olds) 5pm till 6pm

- Juniors and Seniors (11 to 18 yr olds) 6pm till 7pm

- ELITE Squad (Invitation ONLY) 7pm till 8pm

We compete in BCA (British Cheerleading Association), UKCA (United Kingdon Cheerleading Association) and Future Cheer Competitions.

ACTIVE 8 ALLSTARS specialise in stunting, cheering, tumbling, pom dance, cheer dance and street cheer.
