ACHS Band Parents

Parents...Please take a moment and check out the many opportunities we have with respect to volunteering for the Marching Band.

While many parents have signed up

....EVEN MORE ARE NEEDED!!! 

Snack Bar-Individuals needed to work the snack bar during home football games.  Money raised at the snack bar goes to support to the music budget.

Bake Table-Make/Bake an item for sale.  Assist with working the table during home football games.  Money raised through the bake sale goes to support the music department budget.

50/50 Ticket Sales-Sell tickets during home footbal games.  Proceeds benefit the music department.

Open House/Recruitment-Attend "Open House" events at ACHS, distributing information regarding music department activities.  Assist with follow up to prospective students and their parents.

Uniform Coordination- Attend band camp, usually the first day.  Assist with outfitting new band members with uniforms.  Maintain the uniform inventory and uniform storage area.

Road Crew-Move the band to and from games and competitions.  Load/unload equipment truck, assist with equipment on and off the field.

Travel Parent-Travel with the band, assist when on the road.
