Wir bieten Ihnen äußerst günstige Preise in der Vor-, Nach- und Zwischensaison:

1 November – 20. Dezember 2011 30 % auf den Grundpreis =

ab Euro 42 pro Tag

vom 27.09. – 31.10.2011 = 20 % Rabatt auf den Grundpreis =

ab Euro 48 pro Tag

14. – 26. September 2011 = 10 % Rabatt auf den Grundpreis =

ab Euro 49,50 pro Tag

Hauptsaison: Vom 14 Juni - 13 September 2011 ab Euro 60* pro Tag

Außerdem honorieren wir Ihren langfristigen Aufenthalt: Für jede vollständig gebuchte Woche in der Vor- / Nach- und Zwischensaison gewähren wir einen weiteren Preisnachlass in Höhe von 5 % auf den Grundpreis!

Die Gemeinde Immenstaad erhebt eine Kurtaxe:

Euro 1,10 pro Person / Tag vom 1. Mai bis 30. September.

(Kinder bis 16 Jahre sind frei)

Zusätzliches:

Endreinigung, Strom, Wasser Heizung usw. sind im Preis enthalten

Bettwäsche, Hand-/Geschirrtücher stellen wir auf Wunsch zur Verfügung:

Nur Bettwäsche = € 6,00, nur Hand- und Geschirrtücher = € 6,00,

Bettwäsche/Handtücher komplett: € 11,00 (jeweils pro Person/Bett)

Für Kleinkinder auf Wunsch k o s t e n l o s Hochstuhl, Reisebett

(bitte bei der Buchung angeben!)

Anreise/Abreise: Hauptsaison: Samstag (Sonntag auf Anfrage!!!)

Basic price Euro 60* per day for the apartment

for 2 persons including underground garage*)

each additional person + Euro 5,00 per night -

children up to 3 years of age are free.

We offer reasonable price during pre-, after- and intermediate season:

1 November – 20 December 2011 = 30 % discount on the basic price = from Euro 42 per day

from 27.09. – 31.10.2011 = 20 % discount on basic price = from Euro 48 per day

from 14 – 26 September 2011 = 10 % discount on the basic price = from Euro 54 per day

Main season: from 14 June – 13 September 2011 = from Euro 55 per day

You will be rewarded for your long-term stay. For each complete week booked during pre-, after- or intermediate season, we will give you a discount of another 5 % on the basic price!

The village of Immenstaad charges tourist tax:

Euro 1,10 per person / day from 1 May – 30 September

(children unter 16 years of age are free)

Additional:

Final cleaning, electricity, water, heating etc. are included in the price

On request, we can furnish bedlinen, towels and dish cloths:

Only bedlinen = € 6,00, only towels and dish cloths = € 6,00,

Bedlinen/towels complete set Euro 11,00 (per person/bed)

For toddlers baby high chair or travelling cot – free of change

(please indicate when booking!)

Arrival/departure: main season: Saturday (Sunday on request!!!)

im 14. Stock befindet. Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Please note that the Penthouse flat is on the 14th floor.

Parents are liable for their children.

Nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestaetigung 50 %. Rest nach der Anreise.

After receipt of booking confirmation 50 %. Remainder after arrival.

Stornobedingungen/Conditions for Cancellation

Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer „Reise-Rücktrittskostenversicherung“, welche in jedem Reisebüro gegen Vorlage dieser Buchungsbestätigung und der Stornobedingungen abgeschlossen werden kann.

Unsere Stornokosten betragen bis zum 60. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag 30 %, vom 59. bis 30. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 50 %,

ab dem 29. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 80 % - jeweils vom Gesamtpreis.

Es ist hierbei zu beachten, dass der Abschluss einer „Reise-Rücktrittskostenversicherung“ nur innerhalb

14 Tagen nach Erhalt dieser verbindlichen Buchungsbestätigung des Vermieters möglich ist!

We recommend to take out travelling insurance including cancellation policy with your travel agent by presenting the booking confirmation and conditions for cancellation.

Our conditions for cancellation are as follows: up to 60 days before agreed arrival day 30 %, from 50 - 30th day before agreed arrival day 50 % and from 29th day before agreed arrival day 80 % ot the total price.

Please note that it is only possible to take out a cancellation policy within 14 days of receipt of the booking confirmation from the letting agent.
