Layout - When you first enter the game, if you are a new player to the current round or game, then you will be asked to enter a name for your country. After you have done this, the full layout will appear, along with your starter town. The bottom bar is the resource bar, it includes a basic count of your resources (note that you must goto the status screen to see the full values). The right bar is the command bar, this includes buildings, units, researching, and other commands.
Starting out - Wargames currently has 7 major resources that players need to keep in mind. They are Electrical power, money, land, along with food wood metal and oil. Wood and food are the first resources to build on, by building forests, you can increase your wood supply thats needed for buildings. Money are supplied by building towns, but first you need the farms to support them, so they should go along the first buildings to use. Power will be needed quite quickly in the game, so remember to build power plants to increase your power supply. Metal and oil are for attacking and defending. Metal is required to help build armies, and oil is required to attack other players. Once your country has a strong ecconomy, those resources will be needed to expand your country.
Please finish Map Editing - If this error comes up, it means you havent finished placing a multi-squared building. To finish building, click on some more free land. If you were building land or sea, then click cancel.
