What is digital certificate:Nowadays statutory documents are to be submitted in electronic format .Every individual who is submitting such information must obtain the digital certificate to send a data over internet securely.

APPLY FOR PAN CARD:

Send the follwing details / documents:

Full Name with initials expanded

Name in your PAN card  -  how it should be

Father's Name with initials expanded

Residential address

Office address

Address for communication  - residence or office

Telephone no.

e-mail ID (if any)

Date of Birth

Employment - Govt. or Other

If business or profession, nature of the same

Enclose as proof of identity any one of the following:

           COPY OF

·         school leaving certificate or matriculation certificate or

      degree of a recognised educational institution

·         depository account

·         credit card

·         bank account

·         water bill

·         ration card

·         property tax assessment order

·         passport

·         voter identity card

·         driving licence

·         certificate of identity signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative assembly orMunicipal Councilor or

      a Gazetted Officer.

Enclose as proof of address  any one of the following:         

          COPY OF

·         electricity bill

·         telephone bill

·         depository account

·         credit card

·         bank account

·         ration card

·         employer certificate

·         passport

·         voter identity card
