1. SCOPE OF WORK :
1. Preparation of Preliminary Feasibility Report
2. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (Detailed Engg. & Design)
3. Preparation of Tender Specifications / Tender Document
4. Floating of Enquiries for procurement of Plant, Machineries & Raw Materials, Packaging etc.
5. Short Listing of Suppliers and Order Placement
6. Inspection & Technical Clearance of machineries before dispatch
7. Supervision of Erection of Plant & Machineries at site
8. Supervision of Commissioning
9. Troubleshooting of Operations
10. Management Consultancy for ( a ) Organization building ( b ) Marketing & Sales Tie –ups with buyers
2. CHARGES :
1. Rs. 10,000 for the item at serial no.1
2. Rs. 15,000 for the item at Serial no. 2
3. Rs. 15,000 for the item at serial no. 3
4. Rs. 15,000 for the item at serial no. 4
5. Rs. 15,000 for the item at serial no. 5
( Here client is expected to make firm investment decisions )
6. Rs. 15,000 for the item at serial no. 6
7. Rs. 3,000 per day per engineer
8. Rs. 3000 per day per engineer
9. Rs. 5,000 per day per Sr. Engineer ( Specialists for Troubleshooting )
10. To be negotiated
3. INCIDENTAL EXPENSES :
1. Tours and Travel Expenses to be borne by the client on actuals
2. All incidental expenses like clearing, forwarding, 3rd party inspection etc. will be borne by the client on actual basis
4. GENERAL TERMS :
1. Charges for the item No. 1 : Payable as advance at the time of
finalizing the consultancy
3. Charges for the item No. 2 onward : The client may wish to pursue the project
by paying these amounts as per the progress.

5. PROJECT EXECUTION CONSUTLANCY CHARGES
( A ) Total Project Cost upto Rs. 25 Lakhs : 10 % of the cost
( B ) Total Project Cost above Rs. 25 Lakhs : Negotiable
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT ( ALTERNATIVE )
(1) 10 % Advance for Preparation of Project Report
(2) 20 % for award of Preparation of Detailed Engg. & Design
(3) 50 % payable For preparing tender specifications,
floating enquiries, and order finalization to various
parties for procuring machineries, raw materials,
packaging and other materials as required.
(4) 10 % at the time of Inspection/ technical clearance of machineries
(5) 10 % balance After successful commissioning
