We are forever receiving phone calls asking for castles last minute because people have been let down for all sorts of pathetic reasons.

We guarantee not to let you down an hour before we are due to turn up.

If your booking is made a few days or more in advance we will normally call you the night before to confirm the booking is still valid.

Please be patient on the day of booking we will try and arrive within agreed timescales; however this cannot always be guaranteed due to ever changing traffic conditions.
