DADDY'S GAME
FIRST BOOK
ISBN:1-4137-2328-4
John Wilson looked down at his son. He felt no pity, no love, only hate for the little bastard he had tied up last night. This kid was the reason for his wife’s death, the reason for his misery. Michael was a part of his miserable life he could do without. Slowly John pulled a knife from his pocket, opened the blade and placed it in the center of the little demons chest. Looking at the helpless form laying in front of him a demented smile crept across his face. The boy’s arms and legs were knotted with cramps. John almost laughed out loud. Death for the asshole could come later; torturing this child could be fun. Slowly trailing the knife blade down the boy’s chest and leg he cut the ropes binding his feet. It was the first time since his wife had died he had actually found some enjoyment. Michael wasn’t going anywhere; there would be plenty of time to play the game. There was no need to hurry, no need at all.

David and Tommy sat down on the grass by the water’s edge and removed all their clothing. Neither was embarrassed about undressing in front of each other as they raced to see who could dive into the water first. David won the race with Tommy diving in n close behind. They played the dunking game, and raced each other from one end of the pond to the other before tiring. They both pulled themselves onto the grassy shore resting, allowing the sun to dry their wet bodies. David raised himself on his elbows and scanned the area; he thought he smelled cigarette smoke. David had the feeling of being watched by someone or something. Except for Tommy lying motionless beside him he could not see or hear anything out of the ordinary. David lowered his head back onto the grass and closed his eyes. A shadow crossing over David’s face caused him to sit upright and look for the intruder. The outline of an adult was all he could make out because of the suns position behind the person. David tried to reach the safety of the water but his arm had been snared by the large man’s hand. He found himself suspended in mid air as he struggled to get free. The large man was reaching for Tommy when David found his voice.
