It is a story about a spirit that could not be destroyed and it crosses genders, race, creed, age, time and distance. He provides the solution to others who may have or may fall victim to similar circumstances. Defeat or falling does not have to be a permanent state of existence.
Hemmans does not desire to be like many other African American men who continue to struggle for self discovery and understanding. He relates to his past and continues to learn from experience, how to overcome numerous trials and tribulation, to make him a better man - A man responsible for himself, his actions, and his family.
This book is phenomenal and revolutionary as it brings you into a young mind struggling against every negative force; sex, violence, self destructive/life threatening behaviors, alcohol, anger, hatred, drugs, loneliness, ridicule. This mind questions the temporary solutions given by way of the mental health field and argues against false solutions of accompanying medications. The writer attests the only permanent solution is spiritual.

William W. Hemmans III received a B.S. Degree in Political Science/Psychology and is working toward a Masters Degree in Psychology and his dual J.D. /MBA degree. He plans also on seeking a Masters in Divinity. He has served as a Sergeant/E-5 in the armed forces, Program and Executive Director of Community Center's, Case Management for the Department of Juvenile Justice and Mental Health Counselor for adolescents and adults.

Through only "Christ" all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). I believe that many things that we have done through the years are attributed to the spirit in each of us. This is the primary reason that Satan attacks many of us during our youth. It is to crush the very spiritual spirit that is a threat to his kingdom on earth and in the air. I will be further expounding on the subject of the war on you during your youth in the following chapters.
All of us who have survived massive satanic attacks by many different means but most effectively by negative family are champions already. Many just do not realize that yet. Prayerfully this book will awaken the dormant King and Queen that you are. Hopefully I yearn to arouse the Destiny Greatness in you as I am growing to increasingly see in me. This is despite those who are not for you and me. Most notably you will see this in family as I have. This is the growing spirit in me recognizing the devil in them no matter what status in life, i.e. Fathers, Aunts, Uncles, Ministers, those claiming Christianity, employers etc. This is not to make one paranoid. This is meant to recognize and deal with in a manner not hindering to self. We are Joseph, Jephthah, Moses, David, Abel, Mary sister of Martha, The widow of 2 Kings 4, Hagar, The Prodigal Son, Hannah, Leah, Solomon, Jabez, Jotham, Joshua, and Jacob etc.
In addition I would like to add and state to those who are guilty:
My spirit could never be stopped by beatings, isolation, harsh words, betrayals, life threatening scenarios, weapons, cruel peers, neglectful foster homes, inadequate educational systems, racism, poverty, hunger, illness, drugs, alcohol, sin, ignoring of family, false religionists, Satan, cold, rain, heat, extreme elements, mother, father, step-grandmother, incarceration, the judicial system, lack of resources, oppression, unfair worldly systems, vastly inadequate social systems, etc. I have maintained my mental sanity, awareness, ambitions and most important of all, my spirituality. I never ingested mental health medications. It was all "God" and corresponding scriptures that have kept me from being ultimately destroyed. I was/have been saved for my purpose for this world. I close by telling the devil in the name of "Jesus", YOU DID NOT AND CAN NEVER WIN!
