Craig's Australian Alps Walking Track Site

Welcome! I have made this site to share my experiences of walking the Australian Alps Walking Track (AAWT), one of Australia's best long-distance walking tracks. The AAWT covers over 650km on its way from Walhalla in Gippsland, Victoria to Tharwa, near Canberra in the ACT.
About Me: A little bit about myself and why I decided to do the track.
Journal: A summarised version of the journal I made whilst on the track, with the first 19 days covered in detail.
Gallery: 70 photos of my trip along the track
Track Notes: Updated track notes to print out and take along on your journey.
Gear & Tips: Lots of little tips and gear suggestions for walkers of the track. Includes information on food drops and maps.
Links: A small collection of links to useful bushwalking & outdoors related sites.
Hope you find some of the information useful!
Craig.
