• Fees: We charge by the hour, and provide an initial time estimate at the beginning of each job. If our technician(s) go over the amount of time quoted, you still only pay for the quoted time. We will never try to rack up charges beyond our quote. If we misquote, it's our problem! You never need to worry about a job dragging on and costing a kings ransom because of unexpected problems. Our competitors charge in the $60 to $85/hour range, our low price guarantee is $50/hour. Most general issues can be solved in under two hours, many, in less than one hour.
