We are based around the Orginal Series timeline, seeing the beginning of the Federation and Starfleet. We are based on the edge of space.
Our duty is to protect , explore, research and serve. With a major threat from the Klingions as well as a new enemy on the Horizion this is a tougher time. It was decided that a new fleet was needed to fight, so Starfleet christened 95th Fleet under Rear Admiral Alex Sharpe; who now takes control of the fleet.
