Towers collapse at rate of free-falling bodies in a vaccum

          I've timed the collapse of the towers... approximately 10 seconds. Now, from 1350 feet, let's plug that into our trusty equation: d = 1/2at2, where d means distance (in this case, 1350 feet), a means acceleration (we're dealing with feet here, so it's 32.2 ft/s2), and we're trying to solve for t, which means time. so we do: (1350) = 1/2(32.2)t2. Then we'd simplify it to 1350 = 16.1t2. From here we'd divide both sides by 16.1, resulting in 83.85 = t2. Now we take the square root of the whole thing to get 9.16 = t. Now, that's not considering the air friction factor, which would probably make it about 10 seconds with air friction. What's the problem with this? It took the towers 10 seconds to collapse. The official FEMA "pancake" theory states that one floor gave way, then hit another floor, that floor gave way, then kept on going down. But if that's true, the floors would have encountered massive resistance on the way down. The steel columns that supported the world trade center were thickest near the bottom (about 2"). The floors bellow would have been able to absorb a lot of the energy of the falling floors above it. If it was even possible to collapse like FEMA said it did, then it should've taken about 15-20 seconds.

Properties of steel

          First of all, steel has a melting point of approximately 2750 degrees fahrenheit. All the sources i could find put burning jet fuel about 550 degrees Celcius (1022 degrees fahrenheit). In the second tower, most of the jet fuel was consumed in that huge fireball that you saw. The rest of the jet fuel would burn out shortly after, leaving fires that reach a temperature no higher than 500 degrees fahrenheit. Structural steel can take fires that cool like a body builder can take the punch of a 5 year old. Fire has never caused a skyscraper to collapse. In 1992 in a building in Philadelphia, there was a fire that completely consumed 8 floors of a building similar in design/dimension to building 7 of the WTC, and it was on fire for about 4 hours before they finally put it out. It did not collapse. This is a building that's much older than building 7. Also, if you look at photos of ground zero, you will see no big pieces of steel. Metal is malleable. That essentially means it will bend before breaking. If the towers collapsed like FEMA said it did, there should be HUGE pieces of steel on ground zero. There should be partially assembled pieces of steel as big as houses. The whole core of the twin towers was made of steel, and yet you see no big pieces.

Properties of Aluminum

          We were told a Boeing 757 crashed into the Pentagon. Most aircraft these days are made out of aluminum because it is light-weight. First of all, if that's so, where's all the wreckage? You can see almost no trace of wreckage in any photo of the pentagon shortly after the crash. On snopes.com, an urban legends web page, it claims that there had been no aluminum or traces of wreckage because it had all "burnt up". But to "burn up", aluminum would have to turn into a gas, since it cannot catch on fire. To turn into a gas, it would have to reach the boiling point, and the boiling point of aluminum is approximately 4472.6 degrees fahrenheit. In our atmosphere, the hottest burning fuel can reach is 1800 degrees fahrenheit. Aluminum's METLING point is 1220.666 degrees fahrenheit, so aluminum will not have even melted. Do you see any wreckage in any pentagon pictures? No.

In this video, when you look at the side of the tower, you'll see something that looks like a shadow line. A couple of seconds into the collapse, you'll see something that looks like a jet SHOOt out from the middle of that shadow line.

UPDATE: It turns out that that shadow line is no video glitch. The shadow line turns out to be a series of about 10 consecutive steel-reinforced floors. You can see the explosion and the darker floors better on the picture below:

This is a video of the north tower collapsing. You can clearly see two jets, each shoot about 70 ft. out of the tower (that is estimated using a proportion, as the tower itsel is approximately 220 ft. long).
