Our professional fees for assisting you, your spouse, and your dependent children, if applicable, throughout the application process are very much lower than those of any other Law Firm or Immigration Consultant. Our service is fast and efficient and you have the benefit of our extensive experience and expertise.

If you proceed with an application for Permanent Residence and engage our services, the total costs of an application for Permanent Residence for Skilled Workers and Professionals are:
1) For the preparation of the application for Permanent Residence, we charge a total fee of US$1500.00

 which includes a national job search program. We will require US$300.00 as an advance processing fee. Upon receipt of our fees I will forward to you an application package which contains the application form(s), document checklists, instructions and information necessary to commence the immigration process to Canada. We will ask you to complete application(s) in draft form and send them back to us for preparation. When I have completed your application, We will advise you and enclose a copy of my invoice for the balance of my fees in the amount of US$1200. When the balance of fees is received we will conduct a job search on your behalf. These fees cover the Principal Applicant, his/her spouse or unmarried live-in partner and dependant children (if applicable).

Payment Options;

---a) Our total fees of US$1500.00 payable in one (1) installment

---b) Our total fee of US$1500.00 payable in three (3) installments(US$500.00 each). First at the time of filling your application, second installment at the time of interview and balance of US$500.00 payable before visa is granted.

---d) US$100.00 per month for twelve (12) consecutive months for a total payment of US$1200.00(after paying US$300.00 with the application). This payment plan is available by credit card only (Visa or Master Card).

You will pay a Government of Canada fee:

(1) CAN$550 Government of Canada processing fee each for you and your spouse or unmarried live-in partner and each dependant child who is 22 years of age or older (if applicable). This fee is payable when the application is filed at the Canadian Embassy and is not refundable.

(2) CAN$150 Government of Canada processing fee for each dependant child under the age of 22 (if applicable). This fee is non refundable.

(3) CAN$975 Right of Permanent Residence Fee each for you and your spouse or unmarried live-in partner and each dependant child who is 22 years of age or older. This fee is payable only if the visa is issued by the Canadian Embassy and is refundable if the application is rejected.

Fee Example:

If you are single(one person, no dependent) you need CND$500.00(canadian Government processing fee) + US$300.00 (our starting fee) in order to start the process of your application. You will be required to pay the Right of permanent Residence fee(CND$975.00) before a visa is granted. (provided you choose a payment plan with us for our consultation fee)
