1. These Terms and Conditions are between 6870recruit and the employer who agrees to engage candidate(s) for employment.  No variation or alteration shall be made to these Terms without the prior written consent of 6870recruit.
2. The Terms contained herein shall apply when the employer agrees to engage candidate(s) introduced by 6870recruit.
3. The employer shall notify 6870recruit immediately upon engaging candidate(s) introduced by 6870recruit for employment (or upon the engagement of a person by a third party as a result of an introduction of such person by the employer to the third party) and shall deliver details of the candidate(s) terms of engagement.

4.     An agreed placement fee of £100.00 shall be payable by the employer upon receipt of invoice submitted by 6870recruit.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

5. Although 6870recruit endeavours to supply suitable candidate(s) to the employer it is the responsibility of the employer to take up references and be satisfied with the suitability of the candidate(s) introduced by 6870recruit for an engagement in terms of medical, legal and other requirements. 
6. 6870recruit shall not under any circumstances be liable for any loss, expense or damage suffered or incurred by the employer arising from or in any way connected with the introduction or engagement of candidate(s) introduced by 6870recruit to the employer and the employer indemnifies 6870recruit against any claim arising whatsoever in connection therewith.
